Mr. Toscano, an employee of the City of Norfolk for 33 years before his retirement, was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and of Roma Lodge, Sons of Italy. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Minnie Festa and one son, Frank Toscano, of Norfolk; two grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters in Italy. The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the funeral apartments today at 7:30 p.m. ************************************************************************* Bernard Toscano — Funeral services for Mr. Toscano, who died Thursday, were conducted yesterday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church by the Rev. John J. Bannon. Present in the sanctuary were the Rev. Edward W. Johnston and the Rev. Walter W. Herbert. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were Nick Toscano, William Perry, Joe Vita, Felix Ferri, Tony Mollura and Frank Lofurno.
