Trenor was held from St. Mary’s Catholic church, of which the deceased was a member, at 9 o’clock a.m. yesterday and was numerously attended. Requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. Father Edward J. Walsh, assisted by Rev. Father John Doherty and Rev. Father J. A. Kelliher. During the obsequies, Mrs. James Hughes sang very tenderly as a solo, "Face to Face." There was a wealth of beautiful floral tributes, attesting the love and esteem in which the deceased was held in the community. The remains were laid to rest in St. Mary’s cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: Hon. M. T. Cooke, James O'Rourke, John R. Coleman, F. J. Robinson, James W. Long, James McDonough, James E. Prince, Joserph S. Bell, Jos. C. Koch, M. H. Logue, W. A. Ehrmantraut and R. D. Nichols.
