Virginian Pilot February 16, 1974

Mrs. Mary Brounley Trice, 88, of 601 Pembroke Ave., widow of Cuthbert Van Wyck 
Trice, died Friday in a hospital.
A native of Norfolk, she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ralph E. Bush of Norfolk and Mrs. William 
Boswell of Arlington and a son, C.V.W. Trice of Coral Gables, Fla.
A funeral service will be held Monday at  10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church by the Rev. Raymond Barton.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery with H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk, in charge.
The Rosary will be recited in the funeral home Sunday at 8 p.m.

TRICE, MRS. MARY BROUNLEY — At a Norfolk hospital Friday, MRS. MARY B. TRICE, 
wife of the late Cuthbert Van Wyck Trice and a daughter of the late James G. and 
Mrs. Annie C. Patton Brounley, in the 89th year of her age. A requiem Mass will 
be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church today at 10 a m., with H. D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, in charge. Burial will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
