Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, July 27, 1990 
Charles L. Trotman, of the 400 block of Nicholson St., a retired maintenance
worker, died July 20, 1990, in a hospital.

Mr. Trotman, a native of Norfolk County, had retired from the recreation
department of the City of Norfolk after 30 years. He was a member of St. Paul
C.M.E. Church and served on its steward and trustee boards.

Survivors include his wife, Elnora Wilson Trotman.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday in St. Paul C.M.E. Church by the
Rev. T.R. McKenney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at the residence. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
