The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark June 4, 1933
George D. Trower, age 63, died yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at his 
residence, 224 East Fortieth street. Mr. Trower is survived by two brothers, 
James H. and Robert T. Trower, of Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. Alice D. 
Williamson, of Norfolk, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the 
Gregory Funeral Home, 3401 Granby street, by the Rev. W.C. Gun. Burial will be 
in Elmwood Cemetery.
