Norfolk Ledger Dispatch February 9, 1948

Simon Trush, 58,, husband of Mrs. Lottie Annie Trush, died at a Norfolk hospital 
yesterday at 2 p.m. He was a native of Russia and a resident of this section for 
many years, residing at 1104 Liberty Street, Berkley, at the time of his death. 
Besides his wife, Mrs. Lottie Annie Trush he is survived by one daughter, Miss 
Sophie Elizabeth Trush, of Norfolk and a sister, Mrs. Pearl Bellesky, of 
Baltimore. The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. 
Mathew's Catholic Church, Berkley, of which Mr. Trush was a member, for services 
tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will 
be held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 8 o'clock.

TRUSH, SIMON — At a local hospital, Sunday, February 8, 1948, at 2 o'clock p. 
m., SIMON, husband of Mrs. Lottie Annie Trush, in the 59th year of his age. 
Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 
Colonial Avenue, to St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Berkley, for services THIS 
(Friday) MORNING at 10 o'clock. Friends of the family arc invited to attend. 
Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.

Friday was correct per death certificate.
