Norfolk Virginian Pilot Saturday September 26. 1936
Mrs. Rosa Estelle Tucker, aged 64, wife of Lawrence B. Tucker and daughter 
of the late John R. and Celia Mae Clements, died at her residence, 201 
Duncan avenue, yesterday morning at 1:10 o'clock.
Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John L. 
Bengtson and Mrs. Mable Dunn, both of Norfolk, and Mrs. William Meekins, of 
New Bern, N.C.; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Mitchell, of Emporia; Mrs. Lucy 
Robinson, of Washington; Mrs. Mattie A. Farrell, of Baltimore, and Mrs. 
Nellie M. Dixon, of Norfolk; two brothers, Sidney G. Clements, of Emporia, 
and J.L. Clements, of New York City; six grandchildren and a number of 
nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Tucker was a native of Brunswick County, and had 
been a resident of Norfolk for 35 years and was a member of the First 
Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Sunday 
afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
