Abraham Tully died Thursday, August 6, at his late residence, 929 Church Street
after an illness which had confined him to his home for the past five weeks. He
had been a resident of this city his lifetime and was at one time connected with
the undertaking firm of D. W. Jones, being partner in business. Later he
transferred his connections to a similar concern headed by D. Ackiss. Mr. Tully
was also a fraternal man.

The mourners are a brother, Willis Tully, a sister, Mrs. Annie Skinner, of
Madison, NJ, a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral was held Sunday, August 9 from the St. John A. M. E. Church.
Interment took place in the Calvary Cemetery.
