Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, August 17, 1992 
Jeffrey Deon Turner, the infant son of Latasha Turner and Jeffrey Deon Foster,
of the 2800 block of Liberia Drive, died Aug. 13, 1992, in a Washington, D.C.,
hospital.

Jeffrey was born in Norfolk.

He is also survived by a sister, Kanetia D. Edmonds of Norfolk; a maternal
grandmother, Linda Turner of Norfolk; and a paternal grandmother, Georgianna
Foster of Norfolk.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Calvary Cemetery
by the Rev. H. Carlye Church. Viewing will begin at 4:30 p.m. today in Carlos A.
Howard Funeral Home. Friends may join the family at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the
cemetery.
