Besides his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Joseph T., Frank H. Jr., H. Randolph and John Wesley Turner; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Starke, Mrs Thelma Ward, Mrs. Clarence Wentworth, Mrs. Rubin Seay and Miss Alethea Turner, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the funeral chapel of James V. Derry, Colley and Harrington avenues. The Rev W.W. Williford, secretary of the Virginia Electric and Power Company Y.M.C.A. will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
