Norfolk Virginian Pilot Tuesday February 25, 1941
James Dilworth Turner, three-year-old son of Frank H. and Mrs. Luvenia Lane 
Turner, died at the residence of his parents, 1062 West Forty-fourth street, 
yesterday morning at 12:20 o'clock after a short illness.  Besides his parents, he 
is survived by four brothers, Joseph T., Frank H. Jr., H. Randolph and John Wesley 
Turner; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Starke, Mrs Thelma Ward, Mrs. Clarence Wentworth, 
Mrs. Rubin Seay and Miss Alethea Turner, all of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the funeral 
chapel of James V. Derry, Colley and Harrington avenues.  The Rev W.W. Williford, 
secretary of the Virginia Electric and Power Company Y.M.C.A. will officiate.  
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
