William Turner died at his residence, 805 Walker avenue, Dec. 17, after a long 
illness.

Funeral services were held from the New Central Baptist Church, Sunday, at 1:30 
o’clock with the Rev. J. H. Lucas officiating.

Mr. Turner was a member of the St. Paul Lodge A.F. of A. M. and a retired 
employee of E. H. Barnes Co.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elnora Turner and two sisters.

Interment was in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with the Chatman Funeral Home in charge 
of arrangements.
