The Virginian Pilot January 1, 1976
Edward Allen (Dick) Turner, 57, of 6159
Blackstone St., a native of Princess Anne County and a retired Naval Air Station m
Station machinist, died Tuesday in a Portsmouth hospital.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and
Naom
and Naomi Masonic Lodge 87.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Thomas C. Jarvis of Norfolk and Miss Emily W.
Turn
W. Turner of Lynchburg; and two brothers, William C. Turner and Henry W. Turner of
Norf
of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Elmwood
Cemetery by Navy Chaplain Donald R. Muchow.  Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidew
Tidewater Drive Chapel, has charge.
Masonic services will be accorded at the grave.
