The Virginian Pilot Wednesday August 5, 1970
NORFOLK - Mrs. Pauline Hall Turpin, 51, the wife of Dan Park Turpin and a 
daughter of Grover L. Hall of Ravenswood, W.Va., and Mrs. Della Hall of 
Saginaw, Mich., died in a Portsmouth hospital Monday.
A native of West Virginia, she lived here 33 years.  She was a member of 
Church of Christ.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by two sons, Robert T. Turpin 
and William Anthony Turpin; a daughter, Miss Sally Anne Turpin; and a brother, 
Floyd Hall, all of Norfolk; two half brothers, John Hall of Huntington, W.Va. 
and Paul Varney of Saginaw, Mich.; two half sisters, Mrs. Hazel Thomas and 
Mrs. Geraldine King of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be conducted in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Thursday at 
1 p.m. by Rev. Roy Wilson, minister.  Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
