NORFOLK - Frank Turrisi, 85, of 2606 Ballentine Blvd., former owner of Flat Iron 
Barbershop and Ballentine Boulevard Barbershop, died Saturday at 7:45 a m. in a 
hospital.

He was a son of Charles and Mrs. Maria Turrisi and was a native of Nicosia, Italy. 
He lived m Norfolk 73 years.

He was a member of Sons of Italy and Christ the King Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Turrisi; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Turrisi Cahoon 
and a son, Charles J. Turrisi, both of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Felipe DiFrancisca 
of Flushing, N.Y.; and a grandchild.

The Rosary will be recited in the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, 
tonight at 8:30.

A funeral service will be held in Christ the King Catholic Church Monday at 9:15 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

The family will be at 4810 Mayflower Road.
