The funeral was held at the residence on Wednesday afternoon, November 5th. Rev. B. W. Harris, rector of Grace P. E. Church, of which Mrs. Tuston was a faithful member, was assisted by Rev. D. J. Lee. Mrs. Louise Young and Mrs. Eva Tate rendered vocal solos. Dr. W. T. Lovette in charge of arrangements. The pall bearers were: F. H. Johnson, C. G. Owings, R. P. Moseley, F. S. Tucker, Alexander Wright, Dr. W. T. Lovette. The remains were laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Tuston was a native of Columbia, SC, but had been in Norfolk since she was quite a young woman. For the past several years she has been in feeble health and confined closely to her home. She was the widow of the late George Tuston. She is survived by one son, John Tuston, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Mary Tuston, several nieces and other relatives in South Carolina.
