The Virginian Pilot Friday March 18, 1960
Mrs. Viola Hyslop Tuttle, widow of Asa A. Tuttle Sr. and daughter of the late 
Custis A. and Mrs. Mattie Jones Hyslop, died in a Staunton hospital Thursday at 
1:15 a.m.
She is survived by a son, Asa A. Tuttle Jr. of Norfolk, and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Tuttle was a native of Richmond and had lived in Norfolk for 60 years, 
lately at 833 Baldwin Ave.  She was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.'
A funeral service will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Saturday at 2 
p.m.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
