A native of Morganton, N. C., Mrs. Twiford had been a resident of Norfolk 45 years. She was the widow of William Henry Twiford and daughter of Elwood and Mrs. Louisa Baum Borton. Mrs. Twiford is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Henry L. Miller, Norfolk, one stepdaughter, Mrs. L.B. Floyd, Exmore, Va.; two stepsons, W.H. and H. Earl Twiford, Norfolk, one half-sister, Mrs. W. S. Boswood, Coinjock, N.C., and one half-brother, E.B. McHarney, Coinjock. Funeral services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home, 631 Westover Avenue at Manteo Street, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock. Interment will be in the family plot in Elmwood Cemetery.
