Virginian-Pilot  May 22, 1896
The funeral of Mr. William A. Tynan took place at 9 o'clock yesterday morning from 
St. Mary's Catholic Church and was conducted by the assistant pastor, Rev. Father 
Frioli, members of St. Patrick's Benevolent Association, to which the deceased 
belonged, being in attendance. The floral display was a very pretty one. The 
interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery. The following gentlemen acting as 
pallbearers: Messrs. M. McKevitt, John Connelly, John Kelly, Patrick Donahoe, 
William Hart, William Donovan, James Corbett, William Newstead and Nicholas Walsh.
