Norfolk Journal and Guide, Sep 28,1946
Mrs. Lizzie Tynes - Funeral services for Mrs. Tynes, 532 Cumberland street, 
who died Sept. 18, were held Sept. 22 from Garretts Community Church with the 
Rev. W. L. Walker, pastor, officiating.  Interment was in Calvary Cemetery 
with the Hale Funeral Home in charge.
