Charles M. Ullrich Sr., 80, a former restaurateur, died Oct. 25, 1992, in a 
nursing home.

Mr. Ullrich was born in Baltimore, and was a former Norfolk resident. He was a 
member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 
3489. He was a former member of Civitan Club of Norfolk.

Survivors include his wife, Mary McKay Ullrich; three daughters, Mary L. Jones of 
Ocean Pines, Susan Fleming of Chesapeake and Geralyn Swanson of Loomis, Calif; a 
son, C. Michael Ullrich of Berlin, Md.; five sisters; a brother; and seven 
grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Francis de 
Sales Church. Entombment will be at 3:30 p.m. in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk. 
Friends may join the family at Bounds Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Lower Shore 
Chapter, P.O. Box 1791, Salisbury, Md. 21801.
