                         TWIN BABIES IN THE MORGUE
The twin babies found in a shoe box on the city side of Twenty-ninth street 
yesterday morning are still at the morgue, where they were sent by Park Policeman 
Childress, and many curious people have called there today to get a look at them.
The coroner has viewed the bodies of the apparent twins, and they will probably be 
buried tomorrow. The police are at work on the case but have obtained no clue as 
to who left the babies where they were found and were seen by Vernon Pierce, a 
white boy. The bodies were not found in the City Park, as stated yesterday by the 
Ledger-Dispatch, but outside.
