Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, March 9, 1993 
Laura Gorman Upshur, 91, formerly of the 7000 block of Auburn Ave., died March
6, 1993, in DePaul Medical Center.

Mrs. Upshur was born in Elizabethton, Tenn. She was a member of Covenant
Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two nieces, Ruby W. Mann and Hazel W. Banks; and three
nephews, Theodore Williamson, James Williamson and Robert Williamson.

A funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in Covenant Presbyterian Church. Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family will receive friends at the church at
11:30 a.m. Thursday. Riddick Funeral Service is handling arrangements.
