E. Upton, aged 79 years, died last night at 9:15 o'clock, after being sick several days at her home at Oak Grove. She has lived a great many years in Berkley, where she was well-known and esteemed. She was a member of the First Christian church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children. They are John and Phillip Parsons, by her first husband, and Frank Upton and Mrs. Baxter, residents of this section. The funeral arrangements will be announced later. ******************* FUNERAL The funeral of Mrs. Willis E. Upton, who died at her home near Oak Grove, Norfolk county, Monday, will be conducted at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Baxter, 77 Chesapeake avenue, South Norfolk, this morning at 10:30 o'clock, and interment will be in the family lot in Magnolia cemetery.
