NORFOLK - Elizabeth Etta Uzzle, of the 1400 block of O'Keefe St., a retired 
clerk, died January 29, 1990, in a nursing home.

Mrs. Uzzle, a Norfolk native, retired from ben Cooper Jewelry Co. after 40 
years. She was the widow of Charlie B. Uzzle. She was a member of Queen Street 
Baptist Church.

Survivors include a foster sister, Mary Hamilton of Portsmouth.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Queen Street Baptist Church by 
the Rev. L. Ray Williams.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today at 
Riddick Funeral Service. The body will be placed in the church at 11:30 a.m. 
Friday. Family and friends will assemble at 12:45 p.m. in the church.
