Virginian Pilot October 4, 1976

William Andrews Vanderberry, 68, of 1225 Larchmont Crescent, died Sunday in a 
hospital.
A native of Norfolk, he was the husband of Nancy Lawler Vanderberry. He retired 
from Norfolk Naval Air Station. He was a member of Larchmont Methodist Church.
Besides his widow, survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ann Vanderberry Williams 
of Norfolk, a son, Edward Lee Vanderberry of Virginia Beach; and seven 
grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Chapel, 
Norfolk, by the Rev. William D. Parrish. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

VANDERBERRY, WILLIAM ANDREWS - In a Norfolk hospital, Sunday, WILLIAM ANDREWS 
VANDERBERRY, husband of Mrs. Nancy Lawler Vanderberry and son of the late Edward 
L. and Mrs. Pauline Andrews Vanderberry, in the 69th year of his age. A funeral 
service will be held today (Tuesday) at 11 a.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., 
Norfolk, with burial in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend.
