Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - January 30, 1994

Evelyn Irene Vanderberry, 77, of the 3900 block of Dupree Lane, died Jan. 29, 
1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Vanderberry was born in Norfolk. She was a telecommunication operator at 
Virginia Beach General Hospital for 22 years and the widow of William Edward 
Vanderberry. She was a Protestant.
Survivors include two daughters, Doris V. Fielder and Donna V. Starling, and a 
sister, Marion Wilson, all of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; and a great-
grandchild.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The 
family will be at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 8 
p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
