Virginian-Pilot  May 29 & June 1, 1936
Phillip Vedellina, age 51 years, a native of Trieste, Austria, and a resident of 
Norfolk for the past 18 years, died yesterday morning at 9:35 o’clock at a local 
hospital. He resided at No. 302 Bank street. Remains were removed to H. D. 
Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610- 12 East Freemason, pending funeral arrangements.

Phillip Vedellina - The body of Phillip Vedellina, whose death occurred Thursday, 
will be taken from H. D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason 
street, to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, for services this morning at 10 o’clock. 
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
