Virginian-Pilot July 25, 1946
Mrs. Fannie Honeywell Vellines, widow of Herbert Vellines, died in Philadelphia 
Tuesday. She is survived by a son, Herbert Vellines, Jr., of Norfolk; two sisters, 
Mrs. Tillie Ruckle and Miss Flora Honeywell, both of Baltimore; two grandsons and 
a niece, Mrs. Herman R. Hill, of Norfolk. Mrs. Vellines was formerly a resident of 
Norfolk.
The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to St. Mary’s Cemetery 
for funeral services at the grave tomorrow at 10 a.m.
