NORFOLK — A funeral service for Mrs. Josie Estelle Vellines, widow of Eugene J. 
Vellines, who died Sunday in her home, 3426 Westminster Ave., will be conducted in 
H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today at noon by the Rev. Normand Davis with 
burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
