Vellines, who died Wednesday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Neitzey in Mount Vernon, will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning at St. Mary's Church. Friends of the family are invited. Captain Vellines is well known in Norfolk and was formerly chief of police here. He is a member of Pickett-Buchanan Camp of Confederate Veterans. He is survived by Mrs. Vellines, his wife; a son, Eugene Vellines, of this city; three daughters, Mrs. M.V. Cheatham, of this city; Mrs. M.F.
