Audrey DeBaun Venuto, 70, died Feb. 29, 2004 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Venuto was a native of Norfolk County and was the daughter of the late Oscar 
and Annie DeBaun. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Norfolk and 
was a retired accounting technician for the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Venuto of Norfolk and their three sons, 
Joseph A. Venuto and his wife Teresa, Thomas J. Venuto and James J. Venuto. She is 
also survived by her three sisters, Irene Carpenter, Carolyn Powers and Renee 
Humphries; her brother, A. Wilbur DeBaun; her two granddaughters, Mary Grace 
Venuto and Katheryn Rose Venuto; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other 
family members. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette DeBaun.

A funeral Mass will be conducted Wednesday at St. Pius X Catholic Church. A 
Christian Wake will be held in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. 
today at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the St. Pius 
X School or to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, P.O. Box 9025, Pittsfield, MA 
01202-9025.
