Virginian Pilot March 4, 1969

Mrs. Emerenc Veres, 62, of 209 W. 13th St., died in a hospital Monday.
She was the wife of Vince Veres and a daughter of Jezovicky and Mrs. Domoszlai 
Katalin Jozsef.
A native of Hungary, she lived here 40 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church. 
Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Miss Eboly Violet Veres of 
Norfolk; and two sisters, Mrs. Revesz and Mrs. Bodnar Janos of Hungary.
The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.

NORFOLK – A funeral service for Mrs. Emerenc Veres will be held Friday at 10 
a.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments by the Rev. Paul T. Gaughan. Burial will 
be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
