Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, September 21, 1992 
Lawrence Vincent, of the 6500 block of Harvey Court, a retired custodian, died
Sept. 19, 1992, in a hospital.

Mr. Vincent was born in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. He had retired from the city of
Norfolk after 13 years. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Elsie Mae Vincent; three stepdaughters, Deloris
Banks, Maxine Southall and Crystal Banks, all of Norfolk; a stepson, Darrell
Banks of Norfolk; and six grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Hale Funeral Home by the
Rev. J.L. Kearney Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at the residence.
