NORFOLK - Frank Joseph Vita, 37, son of Mrs. Mary Catherine Panella Vita and the 
late Giovanni Vita, died Friday at 10:55 a.m. at a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Vita was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, residing at 414 West 19th St. He was 
a member of Roma Lodge No. 257, Sons of Italy, and of Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church.
Besides his mother, he is survived by one brother, Joseph A. Vita, and two 
nephews, John A. Vita and Joseph A.Vita Jr., all of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church for services Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the funeral apartments Sunday at 7:30 
p.m.
