The Norfolk Virginian Pilot June 9, 1940
Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Vogler, aged 88 years, died at the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. Elton E. Parker, 303 Hardy avenue, yesterday afternoon at 3 
o'clock.
She was the daughter of the late Isaac N. and Mrs. Letitia Jacobs Earnhart and 
the wife of the late Lewis Eugene Vogler. She was a native of Salisbury, N.C., 
but had made her home here for the past 36 years.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. Parker, she is survived by one other daughter, Mrs. 
Annie T. Corbin, of Salisbury, N.C,; three sons, Lewis N. and George E. Vogler 
of Salisbury, N.C., and William Ray Vogler of Norfolk; eight grandchildren and 
several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Norfolk.
The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home, 124 East Berkley avenue, 
pending funeral arrangements.
