Vost died suddenly at the home of her cousin, Mrs. George W. Barcroft, 300 Cooke Avenue, at 3 o'clock p.m. yesterday, where she was on a visit for the day, in the fifty-seventh year of her age. Miss Vost was a native of Norfolk , where she had resided all her life. She had been in failing health for some weeks, but her sudden passing was a severe shock to her relatives. She is survived by one sister, Miss Rosa Vost of Norfolk. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. The funeral will be held at the Barcroft residence at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon and will be conducted by Rev. Vernon I'Anson, D.D., of Grace Baptist Church, and Rev. J.T. Anderson of Park Avenue Baptist Church. The interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. **************************************************************** The funeral of Mrs. Sarah L. Vost was held at the home of George W. Barcroft, 300 Cooke Avenue, Brambleton, at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was largely attended. The service was conducted by Rev. Vernon I'Anson, D.D., of Grace Baptist Church. There were many beautiful floral tributes. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The following were the pallbearers: W.T. Pulle, R.B. Lilliston, J.E. Harrell, W.W. Williamson, J.N. Lassiter, W.A. Gregory, H.W. Heath.
