He was a native of Fairview, Okla. and lived in Norfolk 20 years. He formerly was employed at the Public Works Center at the Naval Base. Besides his widow, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Wagner Benzie of Portsmouth; a grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Weddle of Kansas City, Mo.; and two brothers, Fred Wagner of Sedalia, Mo. and Ira Wagner of Madill, Okla. A funeral service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Monday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. W.A. Chappell Jr. of Miles Memorial Methodist Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
