Mr. Waldrop, son of the late Richard Woolfolk and Virginia Taylor Waldrop, was a native and former well-known resident of Norfolk. At the time of his death he was connected with the Southern Tractor Supply Company, of Durham, N.C., with headquarters at Raleigh, where he recently has resided. Surviving him are two sisters, Miss Eloise Waldrop and Mrs. Douglas Brooke, of Norfolk and one brother, John D. Waldrop, of Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at the residence of Mrs. William Bruce Martin, 1122 Westover avenue, this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Very Rev. H. Dobson Peacock, rector of Christ Church, will officiate. Interment will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
