Lambert, No. 84 High Street, Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 2:30 p.m., WILLIAM L. WALKER, son of the late B.L. and Anne R. Walker, age 19 years. The funeral wll take place from the First Baptist Church FRIDAY, Nov. 3, at 2:30 p.m. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to attend. ************************************* William L. Walker, son of the late B.L. and Anne R. Walker, died at the residence of his uncle, T.H. Lambert, No. 84 High Street, Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the 20th year of his age. The funeral will be held from the First Baptist Church at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. Virginian Pilot November 3, 1905 ***************************************************** The funeral of William L Walker, was solemnized from the First Baptist Church at 2:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was largely attended, including a detachment of Company B, 71st Virginia regiment, of which the deceased was a member. The service was conducted by the pastor, Rev. Calvin S. Blackwell, D.D. The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful. The interment was in Elmwood cemetery. The pallbearers were as follows: Sergeant J.L. Mitchell, Corporal Fred Beasley, Corporal J.H. Darden, Sergeant S.W. Minnis and Privates James G. Phillips and Elma Chitty.
