Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark January 24, 1914

Claude R. Walker died at 3:55 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the residence of 
his aunt, Mrs. Matt B. Halstead, 49 Franklin Avenue, after a lingering 
illness.  He was 36 years old.  He is survived by his wife, one small child, 
and two uncles, C.E. Walker of Berkley and J.A. Walker of South Norfolk.
The funeral will take place Sunday at St. Matthews Catholic Church, Berkley.  
Services will be conducted by Rev. James Brennan.  Burial will be in Magnolia 
Cemetery, Berkley.
