NEW YORK - Ralph Bernard Walker, 45, of 55 W. 110th St. died Wednesday in 
Metropolitan Hospital after a short illness.

A native of Dendron, Va., he formerly lived in Norfolk. He was a son of Sterling 
Walker Sr. of Norfolk and the late Mrs. Adell Walker.

Besides his father, surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Emma Trotman of New York, 
Mrs. Dorothy Thompson of Brooklyn, and Mrs. Jannie Taylor of Norfolk; and three 
brothers, Charles B. Walker of New York, Larry W. Walker of Chesapeake, and 
Lawyer Sterling W. Walker of Norfolk.

The body is being sent to Pretlow's Funeral Home, Norfolk. The family will 
assemble at 2233 Maltby Ave., Norfolk.

Additional Comments:
NORFOLK - A funeral service for Ralph Bernard Walker will be held today at 2 
p.m. in Pretlow Funeral Home by the Rev. W.B. Westbrook. Burial will be in 
Calvary Cemetery.
