NORFOLK - Roscoe Walker of 1262 Wide St. died Saturday in Hampton Veteran's 
Hospital.

A native of Norfolk, he was the husband of the Mrs. Blanche Walker. He was 
retired from the City of Norfolk. He was a veteran of World War I.

Besides his widow, survivors include three nieces, Mrs. Velma Bynum, Mrs. Erma 
Hoggard, and Mrs. Erma Williams, all of Norfolk, and a nephew, William Harris of 
Norfolk.

A funeral will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Riddick Funeral Chapel by the Rev. 
J. L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Riddick Funeral Service has 
charge.
