Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, May 1, 1993 
Annie Walker, of the 2400 block of Ruffin St., a homemaker, died April 25, 1993,
in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Mrs. Walker was born in Norfolk County and was the widow of James Walker Sr. She
was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk, and the Usher Board.

Survivors include one son, James Walker Jr., and a daughter-in-law, Barbara
Walker, of Norfolk; one sister, Ophelia Wynn, and one brother, George Drew, both
of Philadelphia; and grandchildren, Kenneth Walker of Chesapeake and Darryl
Walker of Norfolk.

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in New Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will
be in Calvary Cemetery . The body will be placed in church at 9 a.m. Monday for
viewing until funeral time. The family will assemble at E.A. Hughes Funeral Home
at 10 a.m. Monday for the procession to the church.
