Born in Norfolk, she was the widow of William Walker. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark RZUA and the Assistants Club. Survivors include a daughter, Marion Walker of Norfolk; three sons, Henry Foster of Norfolk, Edward Bowman of Elgin, S.C., and Clinton Bowman of Norfolk; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a niece, Leatrice Ford of New York City; a devoted daughter, Millie Foster; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Mark RZUA by the Rev. Alvin B. Thomas. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The remains will be ready for viewing at 3:30 p.m. Monday. The body will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. The family will assemble at the residence at noon for the procession. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
