CHESAPEAKE - William Howard Walker Jr., 60, of the 500 block of Dove Drive, died 
Sept. 27, 2006, at Chesapeake General Hospital.

Mr. Walker was born in Norfolk, the son of Olga Nuzzo Caldwell and the late 
William H. Walker. He was a riding instructor and show judge involved in various 
equestrian organizations.

Survivors include his mother, Olga N. Caldwell, of Chesapeake; two brothers, 
Joseph Walker, and his wife, Carol, of Chesapeake and Patrick Caldwell, and his 
wife, Edith of Sharboro, N.C.; a niece, Ashley Basinger, and her husband, Al, of 
Chesapeake; and a close, personal friend for many years, Robert Olivera of 
Chesapeake.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic 
Cemetery in Norfolk by Father John Dorgan. The family will receive friends at the 
funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.

H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Chesapeake Chapel, is handling arrangements.
