Norfolk Virginian Pilot December 19, 1947

Mrs. Francis Griggs Walker, 91, daughter of the late John and Frances Griggs, wife 
of the late William Walker, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long 
illness. 
Her only living relative is one granddaughter, Mrs. Virginia Jackson, of Norfolk. 
She was a member of the Martha Washington Council No. 3, D. of A.
Funeral services will take place Sunday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home of Paul B. 
Warren and Son. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
