Plummer Lee Walker, 48, of 2814 Church street, was given funeral services
Saturday at New Calvary Baptist Church. He died in a local hospital on July 16.

Elder Samuel A. Wilson, pastor of New Calvary, delivered the eulogy. Burial was
in Calvary Cemetery under direction of Riddick Funeral Home.

Mr. Walker, a New Calvary member, was a native of Warrenton, NC. He is survived
by five sisters, Mrs. Ophelia Hargrove of Warrenton, Mrs. Roselle Williams of
Durham, Mrs. Mamie Jackson, Mrs. Cara Broady and Miss Meredith Walker of
Norfolk; and three brothers, Charlie, Willie, and Robert Walker of Norfolk.
