Norfolk Virginian April 7, 1892

WALKER - At his residence, No. 614 Church Street extended, Huntersville, 
Wednesday, April 6th, at 9 o'clock, B.L. WALKER, aged 38 years.
The funeral will take place from the Cumberland Street Baptist Church TOMORROW 
(Friday) AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock.
NOTE: Corrected initials from B.F. to B.L.

The funeral of Mr. B.L. Walker took place at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon from 
the First Baptist Church and was conducted by the pastor, Rev. T.G. Jones. It 
was largely attended, the following lodges, of which he was a member, having 
delegations present: Elizabeth Lodge No. 34, A.F. & A. Masons; Harmony Lodge No. 
19, I.O.O.F.; Virginia Division No. 2, U. R. K. of P.; Charity Lodge No. 10, K. 
of P; Wyandotte Tribe No. 42, Improved Order R.M.; and St. Bride's Council No. 
13, Order of Chosen Friends, Berkley. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
