Deloyce "Louise" Wallace, 69, quietly departed this life Wednesday, June 20, 2001, 
at her residence in Norfolk.

She was born in Princess Anne County and grew up in Norfolk.

Her father, William A. Bell Sr., and sister, Sister Mary Margaretta Bell, OSP, 
predeceased her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, George J. Wallace; mother, Ellen A. Bell; 
three sons, Tony Wallace of LeNoir, N.C., Tommy Wallace of Stafford, Darrell 
Wallace of Virginia Beach; daughter, Lisa Wallace-Davis of Newport News; five 
sisters, Edna Mayfield of Pleasantville, N.J., Dora Bell of Los Angeles, Calif., 
Janie Wiggins of Virginia Beach, Elsie Odom of Norfolk and Marjorie Brown of 
Killeen, Texas; brother, William A. Bell Jr. of Norfolk; four grandchildren; five 
great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at the Basilica of St. Mary the Immaculate 
Conception Monday at noon with Father John J. Dorgan officiating. Interment will 
follow at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Norfolk. Graves Funeral Home is handling 
arrangements.
