Virginian Pilot Friday August 4, 1899  

The funeral of Mrs. Emily Wallace, aged 88 years, who died at her home in 
Henderson, N.C., yesterday morning will occur in Norfolk this morning.  The 
remains will arrive over the Seaboard Air Line this morning at 7:35 o'clock.  
The interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery on arrival of the train.  Rev. Dr. 
Lacy will conduct the funeral at the grave.
